We have renewed the Yamamotoya official website.

Yamamotoya was founded in 1925 (Taisho 14) in Osu, Nagoya, when our first-generation founder, Mankichi Shimamoto, opened a restaurant called Yamamoto Nikomi.
For over 100 years and across five generations, we have continued to preserve our traditional flavors, becoming one of the most representative names in Nagoya-meshi cuisine.
