A collaboration event between Chubu Centrair International Airport and Yamamotoya was held in Manila, Philippines!
Renowned chefs in the Philippines experienced the unique charm of Nagoya’s fermentation culture.

They were deeply impressed by the rich flavors of Hatcho miso, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, and Japanese sake—all essential elements of Aichi and Nagoya’s traditional brewing culture.

We will continue our efforts to share Nagoya’s proud traditional fermentation and brewing culture with people around the world.
